The 2027 Fresh Start Bundle5 planners, this one included, $42 Gratitude journal printable with three lines a day: three small good things, most evenings, in 2 minutes. With 30 prompts, a 30-day start, 13 weeks of daily pages and family gratitude pages.
Gratitude journals have a reputation for being a bit much. A quote at the top, a whole page to fill, and a feeling that you should be grateful for the sunrise when what you actually feel is tired.
The Gratitude Journal asks for three lines. The coffee was good. The bus came. Somebody held the door. That is a full entry, and it counts. One page holds a week, so it takes 2 minutes in the evening or over the first coffee, and after a week you start spotting the lines during the day. There are pages to keep the good bits each month, a year of good things in 52 lines, notes to give, cards for the dinner table, gratitude bingo, and a gentle section for the hard days. Printable and fillable, A4 and US Letter, and undated, so you can start on any ordinary Tuesday.

- Three lines a day · 13 week pages with three lines a day, and an undated page for the big days
- Keep the good bits · the good bits of each month, the year of good things in 52 lines, the year's top 10, 4 photos, gratitude A to Z, and good things about me
- Pass it on · 2 thank-you notes, the people page, a gratitude letter, jar slips, dinner table cards, the gratitude walk, four seasons, the family page, and gratitude bingo
- On a hard day · when nothing comes, 30 tiny gratitudes, a note to myself, and the journal on one page
Three lines, tonight
Not the writing, the noticing. Open the first week page tonight, write three small things that were good today, and put the journal where the pen is.
This journal is a small daily practice, not therapy and not a treatment for anything. If the hard days are most days, please talk to someone you trust or a professional.
Every page is neurodivergent friendly by default: one job per page, plain words, small spaces to fill, and nothing that counts missed days.
Soft systems for loud minds.

The small print
This is a digital download, so nothing is posted and nothing is shipped. Files are ready the moment payment clears and stay in your account forever. For personal use only, please: these files may not be resold or redistributed. Colors can look a little different on screen and in print. Made by a parent, not a doctor or a lawyer, so this is not medical, psychological or legal advice. It is somewhere to put your own thinking.
Digital files cannot be returned once they are downloaded, so we try to be generous before you buy: full page counts, real page close ups, and honest listings. If a file is broken or wrong, email us and we will make it right.
