When will I hear from you?

Our team sends you a confirmation email the same day you order. If anything needs a little more detail, we will ask then, so your planner is 100% customized.

When will my planner be ready?

Within 3 business days. It arrives by email as a PDF, in A4 and US Letter, ready to print or fill in on any device.

What does filled in mean?

We type your details straight onto the pages, like names, routines, chores, meals or school days, so the planner is ready to use the day it arrives.

Can I add details after I order?

Yes. Reply to your confirmation email with anything you would like to add or change.

The small print

Each planner is made to order for you as a digital file, so nothing is posted and nothing is shipped. For personal use only, please: the files may not be resold or shared. Colors can look a little different on screen and in print.

Made to order planners cannot be returned once work has started. If something is not right, email us and we will make it right.
