Refund policy

All Cloud Snuggle Studio products are digital downloads, delivered instantly by email and available to re-download anytime. Because files cannot be returned once delivered, all sales are final and we do not offer refunds on digital products.

That said, we are generous before you buy: every listing shows full page counts and real page previews, so you know exactly what you are getting. And if anything goes wrong, a broken file, a wrong download, a link that will not behave, email hello@cloudsnugglestudio.com and we will fix it fast. If we cannot fix it, we will make it right.

Purchases made with a discount code follow the same policy.
