Family chore chart printable that puts the adults on it too, for any household where the chores live in one head.
The Family Chore Chart starts with the mental load. Write every job down once, including the jobs nobody sees, then split them fairly in minutes rather than in number of jobs, with the adults on the chart as well.
Pick the board that fits your house, from a weekly family chore chart to a picture chart for the under 7s and a 4-week chore rotation, and hold one 10-minute meeting a week. The board does the reminding. Made for couples, families with kids from 3 to 18, blended families and housemates, printable and fillable, A4 and US Letter.
What's inside
51 pages in 4 sections and a bonus, with one job on every page.
- The list · why one person holds it all, the jobs nobody sees, a 38-job bank, jobs by age from 3 to adult, and the everything list
- The split · minutes not jobs, a worked example from a house of four, the fair share check, what done means, and the agreement everyone signs
- The boards · a weekly family chore chart, a chart per person, a picture chart for the under 7s, a 4-week chore rotation, a 15-minute reset, a weekend hour, 12 job cards to cut out, swap slips, and a counter card that folds into a tent
- Keep it going · the 10-minute meeting, the meeting sheet, what to do when it falls apart, the adult rules, and a log of what changed
- Bonus · 10 full-page coloring pages about the house, for the week nobody can face the chart
Up by Monday
Write the list tonight and the board is up by Monday. After that, one 10-minute meeting a week keeps it fair, and nobody has to nag.
Every page is neurodivergent friendly by default: one job per line, pictures for the little ones, big writing space, and no stars, points or nagging.
Soft systems for loud minds.

The small print
This is a digital download, so nothing is posted and nothing is shipped. Files are ready the moment payment clears and stay in your account forever. For personal use only, please: these files may not be resold or redistributed. Colors can look a little different on screen and in print. Made by a parent, not a doctor or a lawyer, so this is not medical, psychological or legal advice. It is somewhere to put your own thinking.
Digital files cannot be returned once they are downloaded, so we try to be generous before you buy: full page counts, real page close ups, and honest listings. If a file is broken or wrong, email us and we will make it right.
